Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Frames

  Place the eyewear in its original case and packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized collection point or bring it to your nearest Jimmy Fairly boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
